This license applies to the compiled AtlayaStatusM5 software ("the
Software") as distributed by the copyright holder, including its installer
and all accompanying files. No source code is published or made available
under this license.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to the terms of this license, the copyright holder grants you a
   worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
   (a) download and install the Software, and
   (b) run the Software, unmodified, for your own personal or internal,
       non-commercial purposes - including if you own a Bosgame M5 AI Mini
       Desktop (or comparable AMD Ryzen AI Max+ hardware) other than the
       copyright holder's own device.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   Except as expressly permitted under Section 1, you may NOT, without prior
   written permission from the copyright holder:
   (a) modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer,
       or create derivative works of the Software, except to the extent
       such a restriction is not permitted by mandatory applicable law;
   (b) redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, bundle with another
       product, or otherwise make the Software or any copy of it available
       to any third party, whether for free or for a fee. This applies in
       particular to companies or individuals wishing to pass the Software
       on to other owners of compatible hardware - such redistribution is
       possible only with the copyright holder's prior written permission;
   (c) use the Software, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose,
       including as part of a product or service offered to others;
   (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or license
       notice contained in the Software.

3. NO SOURCE CODE PROVIDED
   The Software is distributed solely as compiled, executable code. This
   license does not grant, and the copyright holder is under no obligation
   to provide, access to the underlying source code.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
   The Software bundles the following independently licensed third-party
   components, each of which remains subject to its own license regardless
   of the terms above: RyzenAdj (github.com/FlyGoat/RyzenAdj, GNU Lesser
   General Public License v3.0), WinRing0 (hiyohiyo / OpenLibSys, Modified
   BSD License), and InpOutx64 (Logix4U / Phillip Gibbons). RyzenAdj is
   invoked by the Software as a separate program, not linked into it; full
   attribution and license references are shown in the Software's own
   "About" view.

5. TRADEMARKS AND NAMING
   "AtlayaStatusM5", "Atlaya", and any associated logos or branding are
   reserved to the copyright holder. You may not use these names, or any
   confusingly similar name, to identify any modified version, fork, or
   other software or service, without prior written permission.

6. TERMINATION
   This license terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach
   any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software
   and destroy any copies in your possession, except as required to
   preserve evidence of, or remedy, the breach.

7. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
   DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR
   OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR
   THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

9. GOVERNING LAW
   This license is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of
   Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute
   arising from this license shall be subject to the exclusive
   jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

10. REQUESTING ADDITIONAL RIGHTS (e.g. REDISTRIBUTION)
    If you - in particular as a company - wish to redistribute the
    Software to other owners of compatible hardware, bundle it with
    another product, or otherwise use it beyond the scope of this
    license, please contact the copyright holder to discuss permission.
